The Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) in Mexico has updated homologation guidelines for telecommunication and broadcasting devices which can build connection to telecommunication networks or use the radio-electric spectrum.

As of June 24, 2022, Telecommunications Ordinance (Cap. 106) will come into operation causing HKCA specifications to no longer require electrical safety of telecommunication apparatus.
