National Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of Moldova (ANRCETI) permits the use of 5945-6425 MHz for radio access system equipment on March 31, 2022.Including radio access local area networks (WAS/RLAN).

Wireless Access Systems are broadband radio systems which can be deployed either inside or outside buildings, usually in geographically limited areas.

According to the technical requirements provided in Annex 1 to ECC / DEC (20) 01, the use of radio-based access systems, including radio-based local area networks (WAS / RLAN), is permitted in the frequency range of 5945–6425 MHz.
