New Radio Regulation In Ukraine

The Ukraine Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Technical Regulation, has required all RF equipment to be listed in the ‘Electronic Device Register' of National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization of Ukraine (NCCIR) which enables importation of these devices.

Rrecently the according to new Technical Regulation for Radio Equipment, only radio equipment, which has a low level of compliance with essential requirements will need to be listed in the “Electronic Device Register of Ukraine’’ going forward.

Which means starting from 12th June 2018, radio equipment, which has been registered with NCCIR will need to have the registration number applied to it.

Products that have been circulated in the market before April 1, 2018, can continue to use the old regulations before April 1, 2019. After April 1st, 2019 the radio electronic products must be put on Ukraine market with mandatory confirmation of compliance with the Technical Regulation on Radio Equipment (UA RED TR).
