The Bureau of Philippine Standards provides notice stating that all self-ballasted LED lamps distributed are required to bear a valid Philippine Standard (PS) Mark or Import Commodity Clearance (ICC) sticker.

Self-ballasted LED lamps for General Lighting Services are covered by the Department Administrative Order 18-02 Series of 2018. If these products are offered or distributed for sale on the market, they shall bear a valid Philippine Standard (PS) Mark or Import Commodity Clearance (ICC) sticker.

The compliance of these products will be verified through market monitoring, surveillance, and enforcement activities. All non-compliant products are subject to the appropriate legal actions.
