Issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) of Vietnam, Circular 05/2019/TT-BTTTT replaces 04/2018/TT-BTTTT providing the list of products requiring type approval and declaration of conformity.

- Radar equipment
- High frequency equipment
- Short-range devices
- Ultra-wide band equipment
Products Requiring Declaration of Conformity
- Desktop, personal computers, notebooks, tablets
- Set-top box
- Cordless phones
- CBRS radio equipment
- 5.8 GHz band equipment
- Earth terminal stations
- Search and rescue transponders
- Transceiver used for mobile aeronautical
- Lithium batteries
This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2019 and replaces Circular No. 04/2018 / TT-BTTTT of May 8, 2018 of the Minister of Information and Communication, list of regulations on unsafe products and goods under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Certificates of conformity and declaration of conformity issued prior to the effective date of this Circular shall continue to be valid until the date this Circular comes into force.
