The equipment shall meet the technical requirements in the latest version of specification TS 38.141-1 as follows:

Transmitter Requirements
Transmitter CharacteristicsRelevant Clause in 3GPP TS 38.141-1
Base station output powerClause 6.2
Unwanted emissionsClause 6.6 excluding Clause 6.6.2 on occupied bandwidth and Clause 6.6.5.5.1.4 on colocation with other base stations
Transmitter intermodulationClause 6.7
Receiver Requirements
Receiver CharacteristicsRelevant Clause in 3GPP TS 38.141-1
In-band selectivity and blockingClause 7.4
Out-of-band blockingClause 7.5 excluding Clause 7.5.5.2 on co-location requirements
Receiver spurious emissionsClause 7.6
Receiver intermodulationClause 7.7

The spurious emissions falling onto the 3.7 – 4.2 GHz band shall not exceed – 52 dBm/MHz.
