The Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) of Hong Kong publishes the criteria for type approval for 5G NR user equipment operating in frequency bands below 6 GHz.

Additionally, the equipment shall comply with HKCA 2001 “Compliance Test Specification – Safety and Electrical Protection Requirements for Subscriber Telecommunications Equipment” issued by the OFCA.
