The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the United States added an appendix to the declaration of conformity procedures listing rule parts containing SDoC requirements other than Part 15.
This update provides requirements for suppliers performing declaration of conformity for equipment operating as per rule parts 18, 73, 74, 80, 87, 90, and 101

(a) All equipment specified in §80.1101 must be certified in accordance with subpart J of part 2 of this chapter specifically for GMDSS use, except for equipment used in the INMARSAT space segment which must be type-approved by INMARSAT and are subject to Supplier's Declaration of Conformity
(c) Applicants using Supplier's Declaration of Conformity must attest that the equipment complies with performance standards as specified in §80.1101

Part 101 - Fixed Microwave Services

(a) transmitters used in the private operational fixed and common carrier fixed point-to-point microwave and point-to-multipoint services must be approved for compliance under Supplier's Declaration of Conformity.
Responsible parties may apply for certification for devices otherwise subject only to SDoC.
