The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand has released a notification on Exemption of License for Radiocommunication Equipment.

This notification is for Exemption of License for Radiocommunication Equipment and Radio Communication Station under Radiocommunications Act B.E. 2498 (1955).

This notice informs there is no significant change in frequency allocation or to the Approval process. It summarizes previously issued NTBC notifications and combines all notifications into one document.

Existing SDoC and Type Approval Certificates remain valid, with no updates required.

This new notification went into effect on May 15, 2020.
