The State Commission for Radio Frequencies (SCRF) of Russia has signed a new regulation regarding certificate requirements for 802.11ax devices.
A Federal Agency of Communication (FAC) Declaration of Conformity and Certificate of Conformity are now required for 802.11ax devices.
An RFC Conclusion is also required for some frequency ranges and radiated power.
The allowed frequency ranges are as follows:
