The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the United States has updated the Pre-Approval Guidance (PAG) Procedure to add clarification to the PAG Reuse section.

388624 D01 Pre-Approval Guidance Procedures v11r04 replaces 388624 D01 Pre-Approval Guidance Procedures v11r03.

Pre-Approval Guidance procedures are used to continue the Commission oversight where compliance review procedures are not fully developed.

The PAG procedure permits the equipment authorization approval process for certain types of applications where there is no existing Commission guidance, only partial Commission guidance, or where Commission oversight of the approval process is still considered necessary.

Clarification has been added to Section IV: Special Circumstances, Item D: PAG Reuse. PAG items requesting reuse must only be chosen from items on the 388624 D02 Pre-Approval Guidance List.
