The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines has announced the cashier department of the main office will be closed until October 15, 2020.

The final certificate must be stamped by the cashier department, so there will be some certificate delays due to the department closure.

All certification officers will continue working, but on staggered days due to COVID-19. All the reviewing work will still continue.

New applications will be accepted by a temporary cashier department. Delays should cease once the department is back open.

The cashier department should be open on October 15, but it may be longer depending on the quarantine situation. Delays are expected due to this closure and the COVID-19 situation.
