Brazil ANATEL has issued Act number 1477 which is a new technical requirement for 3.5GHz Band (5G NR n78). This new act was issued on March 5th, 2021.

ANATEL established the new technical requirements for the use of the spectrum by devices operating in the frequency range from 3.3 GHz to 3.7 GHz.

This new publication make it possible to test and approve the 5G NR band n78 in Brazil. This Act enters into force on April 1, 2021.
