The Moroccan National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT) have now published Decision ANRT/DG/N°07/21 on May 7, 2021. This decision covers Short Range Devices (SRD).

This announcement states that as of June 2021, it will be possible to use Wi-Fi 6E devices in Morocco.

In addition to the introduction of Wi-Fi 6E, there is an extension of the 24 GHz band to include omnidirectional radars of obstacle detection and motion detection radars.
