The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), has opened a new public consultation on the use of RLAN devices in the lower 6GHz band.

There are a few more things that the ACMA is also looking for public comments on. This includes:
- Demand for spectrum
- Use of the upper 6 GHz band
- Proposed low power limits
- Higher power devices and AFC
- 5 GHz band
The public consultation will close on November 19th, 2021.
