The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) has released a final version of the Technical Regulation for Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS).
Originally scheduled to be implemented on January 5, 2022, It will now be postponed for a further 6 months to allow the implementation in phases.
The new technical regulations will be implemented in the following phases:
