The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has updated the HS codes for the products listed requiring EAC RoHS certification.

As of this year, the EEC officially announced that it will have the updated HS codes for the list of products that require EAC certification under TR CU 037/2016 RoHS.

More changes are expected later this year, including the addition of new RoHS regulated products and controlled substances.

Currently these updates are pending and we await further notice of the finalized regulatory changes.
