As of January 9th, 2023, following Annex I the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT), Republic of Korea’s technical regulations will now accept test reports from recognized Conformity Assessment Bodies. The technical and administrative requirements that are available for recognition are limited to those listed in Annex I. The versions of the requirements posted in Annex I are updated frequently by RRA. CABs must check for themes up-to-date versions posted on the National Law Information Center an other web pages noted below and include the most recent version on the Scope of Accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025).

General required measurement distances are the following for radiated emissions. Up to 1 GHz with a measurement distance is 10 meters. From 1 to 6 GHz the measurement distance is 3 meters.
Test Laboratories must meet the equipment maximum calibration intervals noted below regardless of manufacturer’s recommendations. Here is the equipment listing and their maximum calibration intervals.
Subcontracting of test methods can only be done by other test labs that are also RRA recognized for the specific standards/test methods. RRA will not accept test reports that include any test data that was generated by a test lab that is not recognized by RRA.
