5925 MHz to 6425 MHz are designated as free use, according to IFT.The Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones IFT announced that the WiFi 6E frequency band, which ranges from 5925 to 6425 MHz, is avilable to use on March 7, 2023. The Diario Oficial also published the technical requirements that must be completed by the devices in order for them to be compliant.

Low-power devices, such as access points, slave access points, and client devices, may only function indoors while very low-power systems, such as end-user terminals, may operate both indoors and outdoors. This frequency range is intended for usage by WAS/RLAN systems.
