Radio equipment should come with Ukrainian language instructions, according to TR RED.

Approved by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 355 of May 24, 2017.In accordance with the rule on the order of language application, manufacturers must make sure that radio equipment comes with safety instructions.The information required to use radio equipment in accordance with its intended use must be included in the instructions.

If radio equipment is deliberately sending out radio waves, these should be included in the instruction.
