Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) has opened a public consultation in Canada on RSS-198 issue 1, “Equipment Operating in the Flexible Use Service in the Band 3900-3980 MHz.” on May 4, 2023. This standard specifies the criteria for approving mobile services and/or flexible use devices that operate in the 3900–3980 MHz frequency range.
