For devices that utilise the frequency range 5.925 - 6.425 GHz, including Wi-Fi 6E devices, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has produced the technical standards NBTC TS 1039-2566.

Outdoor and indoor use:

Max transmit power: 25 mW e.i.r.p.

Power spectral density: 1.25 mW/MHz

Indoor use:

Max transmit power: 250 mW e.i.r.p.

Power spectral density: 12.5mW/MHz
