The IPv6 protocol's technical standards for compliance assessment of telecommunications goods were released by ANATEL as Act No. 7971 on July 6, 2023.

This Act becomes effective on the day it is published in Anatel's Electronic Services Bulletin, and beginning on January 8, 2024, its application is required.
