China’s authority issued the “Notice not he use and Promotion of the New NAL Mark” on June 29, 2023, the key points to focus on the following areas.

On July 1, 2023 the new type of NAL label was officially launched with the transition period from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The applicant can apply the use a new Mark or the previous hardcopy stickers from the Authority. Since January 1, 2024, the new type of NAL label will be fully promoted while hardcopy stickers will no longer be issued. The applicants can use the stickers that they have already been issued within the validity of the NAL certificate.

The three way the new mark has been implemented are by electronic display, physical printing, label adhesive, and special way, which must be submitted to the authority to obtain permission in order to implement. And lastly a mark styles that composed of element such as license identification, model name, and digital coding.
