Indonesia Mandates New Declaration of Conformity Format for Telecom Equipment

Indonesia’s Directorate of Digital Infrastructure Services (DJID) has introduced a new mandatory format for the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) required in telecom equipment certification. The updated requirement aims to strengthen accountability and ensure that all devices meet national technical standards.

Effective Date for New Format: August 1, 2025
Grace Period Ends: August 31, 2025

Declaration Requirements

All applicants must submit a Declaration printed on official company letterhead, signed by a responsible representative. The declaration must confirm that the provided information is accurate and complete, including:

• Device Name
• Brand
• Model/Type
• Country of Production
• Certificate Application ID

Important Notes

Applications submitted after August 31, 2025 using outdated formats or missing the required declaration will be automatically rejected. This update applies to all telecom equipment certification applications in Indonesia.

Manufacturers and vendors are encouraged to update their Declaration of Conformity format promptly to avoid delays in product certification and market entry.
