Ukraine Opens 5945–6425 MHz for Wi‑Fi 6E via Resolution No. 976

On August 13 2025, the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 976, amending the national Plan for the Allocation and Use of the Radio Frequency Spectrum to permit Wi‑Fi 6E use in the 5945–6425 MHz band. • -Other Spectrum Reallocations: The resolution also sets a future schedule for the use of 6425–7000 MHz for mobile/IMT (starting 2028) and phases out exclusivity for certain 5 GHz uses.
