On March 30th, 2022, the Republic of Moldova has published Decision No.208 amending Decision No 34.2019 “Making radio equipment available on the market”.

The government pursuant to the Decision Decision No.208 / 2022 regarding the approval of the Technical Regulation, the presence of the CE mark on radio equipment eliminates the need to apply the SM conformity mark to the same equipment.

According to the Republic of Moldova, this decision came into effect on April 1st, 2022
